'Far too many of our kids are the sacrificial lambs for this system of racism and it doesn't stop'

Wisconsin's attorney general has named the officer who shot a black man on Sunday. Josh Kaul told reporters on Wednesday that Rusten Sheskey shot Jacob Blake seven times in the back as he opened the door of his car. The shooting has sparked a wave of protests in recent days, some of which have turned violent. La Tonya Johnson, Democrat state senator in Wisconsin, told Justin Webb that the protests are necessary to address the use of force by police against black people: “Far too many of our kids are the sacrificial lambs for this system of racism and it doesn't stop, it doesn’t get better.” With BBC North America correspondent Aleem Maqbool and Jim Carafano, Republican strategist and member of Donald Trump's transition team.
